Alliance Psychiatry offers both in-person office appointments as well as virtual/telehealth appointments. Please set aside at least 2 hours as my evaluations are very comprehensive and included detailed education and treatment plans.  In general, I prefer to meet with you for the first time in my Scottsdale office, but this is by no means mandatory. 

In order to reserve your appointment, I do ask for a credit card authorization but you will not be billed for any services until after the appointment.  I do ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, that you please inform me at least 24 hours in advance. While reasonable exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis, we do ask for a $100 cancelation fee if appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours or no notice is given at all.

Monday - Friday  9am - 5pm. 

Note: Early morning and evening hours may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please call or email if you are unable to book an appointment during normal office hours.  

New patients must request an NEW PATIENT EVALUATION either by phone, text, email or electronically below via the online scheduling portal below, which will automatically ay direct you through my secure, HIPPA compliant electronic health record portal, PracticeQ.  Follow-up/returning patients can also make appointments online for 25min or 50min, but please note that if we've never had the full, initial NEW PATIENT EVALUATION, this shortened appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled for a 120min new patient slot.
