At this time, Dr. Metelits does not accept payment from commercial insurance or Medicare/Medicaid. By not accepting insurance, I can avoid the distraction of dealing with insurance companies, billing, and excessive paperwork to maximize my time and energy on direct patient care.

All treatment is "fee for service" or cash-pay, however if you do have insurance with "out of network benefits," you may be eligible to receive partial reimbursement from your insurance company via a "Superbill" which is a more detailed receipt I can provide for each treatment. Some of my patients have receive up to 50% cash back but this is highly variable--make sure to check  your individual policy for details.

I can also accept HSA debit cards as payment. 

NOTE: Please don't forego treatment if you are unable to afford it! I will do my best to connect with a suitable mental health clinician who accepts your insurance.
